TERMS & CONDITIONS

A deposit of 20% will be required with booking, which is non-refundable.
The balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival and in case of cancellation would only be refunded if the cottage could be re-let.

Any bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival to be paid in full.

A deposit of £50 for damages will be added, this will be returned by cheque during the week after departure and refunded in full in case of cancellation.

Please let us know of any breakages before you depart so things can be replaced.
To help with the changeover could you please leave the cottage clean and tidy.

When the balance has been received we will send full details of how to find the cottage and arrangements for the keys.

The property sleeps a maximum of 4 persons.

Sorry no pets allowed. Strictly no smoking.

Arrival & Departure

The cottage will be available after 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on departure day.

A starter pack of provisions consists of washing-up liquid, washing machine capsules, kitchen roll, toilet roll and hand soaps is provided.
