The Cottage

Luce cottage is situated 100 metres from the sea shore of Luce Bay, the front of the cottage faces east out towards the bay.

The Lounge

The cottage has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and the kitchen fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine with dryer, toaster and of course an electric kettle.

All new utensils, crockery pots, pans and all that is needed for self catering.

Kitchen and Bathroom

There is a barbecue with charcoal and fire lighters kept in the garden shed. Patio table and chairs are in the small enclosed garden, which has paving with gravel.

The bedrooms are newly fitted with new furniture and beds.

A good sized bathroom includes an electric shower over the bath. The cosy lounge diner has a new LCD TV with DVD and CD player incorporated, also an electric stove effect fire.

The cottage has a detached garage which could be used for a car, bicycles or even hanging wet coats if it should happen to rain.

Bedrooms

The heating is by storage heaters and the rental includes electric, bed linen, towels, tea towels, hair dryer, iron and board. Tea and coffee is also supplied.
